iWave Integrator for HP Service Desk software is an integration framework tailored to make Service Desk communicate with more than 25 other ITSM applications to exchange alerts, notifications, trouble tickets and support data. Using an enterprise data model, a service-oriented architecture, and dynamic data mapping, iWave Integrator is able to scale to any number of integrated applications, remain flexible to changes in the ITSM environment, and transform any data in the integrated applications' databases, including severity levels. iWave Integrator also provides fail-over and disaster recovery tools to keep the integration intact at all times.
