Search

Check your search queries for proper spelling.
To limit your number of results choose the 'Exact match' option.
You can combine exact match searches with a non exact match search by putting double quotes around the keywords that must appear together. eg. Does Network Node Manager support "MPLS protocol".
Refining your search criteria may be a faster way to find the documents you're looking for, than to browse all result pages.
Use the advanced search option to narrow your search.
On advanced search limit the search by selecting only the desired document types.

Be explicit and verbose. Using a full sentence or phrase in 'Any words' mode will give you more hits, however the more relevant documents to what you are looking for will be listed first. You can always remove words and re-search.
Try the most common words associated with your inquiry.
Use words likely to appear near the top of the documents you seek.
Make keywords/phrases as specific as possible to narrow search

fieldname:term	Specifies that the term (word or phrase) must be found in that field. See listing of fieldnames in the table below.	title:e-services alliance
